As the social demand for metal materials becoming bigger and bigger, the smelting projects are growing prosperity. People replace furnace coke with the cheaper budgust by using blast furnace coal injection technology,which cause quite smaller cost.The braize is also a good reducing agent in the reaction.So the technology has been constantly looked to further increase and put to use by multitudinous smelting enterprises.But the construction of platform blast furnace operating system needs civil structure, pipeline construction, large equipment installation, equipment installation and a plurality of more construction system, staggered covered at the same time.As while the construction space is limited. This is undoubtedly a huge security risk source.According to incomplete statistics, the number of safety accidents occurred in the blast furnace coal injection project construction is also growing faster in China,that is a serious damage to social economy and property. Extension theory was introduced into the safety risk of pulverized coal injection into blast furnace construction work assessment as a mature rising theory. It can integrate the qualitative index and quantitative index together, make a correct, objective evaluation on the overall system,so an important role to the blast furnace construction.Firstly in the article, according to the inherent characteristics of blast furnace coal injection project construction,such as complex construction technology, more construction work, cross operation and complex process,researches were commenced in five aspects.Those are human factors, material factors, technical factors, management factors and environmental factors. In-depth analysis has been taken of the impact of various factors on the blast furnace construction safety,to set up the evaluation index system of factors impacting the safety risk of blast furnace coal construction project. Secondly the extension theory and the entropy theory were drew into the work about Security risk assessment of blast furnace coal injection engineering.The index weight is calculated using the entropy theory.Then the comprehensive correlative degree can be calculated by establishing index and risk level evaluation of correlation function.Combining both of them, the evaluation of blast furnace construction level of risk was got. Evaluation model of expanding entropy is established through the security risk assessment of blast furnace pulverized coal construction project.Finally through researches on the concrete examples,and the practical application of pulverized coal injection into blast furnace construction safety risk assessment model, the feasibility of the evaluation system and effectiveness have been verified.
