The project can be an effective way to retrieve the rainwater and help to purify the recycling of water resources; plant and animal would return to a city; it can also offer for the public more entertainment and leisure places, and provide more chance to close nature.The project is locatedin the East Cinemain Qingdao, which is feeds into the huanghai sea.In this design, in the form, the light elements as a starting point that use light propagation toreflect manifestations. In content, as ecological infrastructure, the waterfront willcombinegreen flood infrastructure and low-carbon operations,to restore the river wetlands with a living natural tidal processes, flexible natural meandering river and habitat.
