With technological progress and social development, structural vibration control problems have been a hot topic. Due to large flexibility and small self-damping, large displacement will occur after vibration of truss structure. Research and implementation of intelligent control method for three-dimensional truss structure is the main content of intelligent research. Aiming at this problem, intelligent truss vibration fuzzy control and related issues are studied based on a new improved adaptive genetic algorithm(called NAGA).The main research work is as follows:(1)Using the finite element method to establish a mathematical model of the space truss structure, then according to independent modal space superposition principle, the system dynamics model of intelligent truss structure was transformed into modal space and make the truncation processing, and then obtained the modal space kinetic equations of truss structure;(2)Improve ordinary adaptive crossover and mutation operator to get NAGA. Using NAGA optimize a 10-bar plane truss structure, and then compared with the basic genetic algorithm(called SGA) optimization results. The results show that the new proposed NAGA optimization results are better than the SGA.(3)For fuzzy control do not need to establish the precise mathematical model, this paper uses the fuzzy control method to control the vibration of intelligent truss structures. For the control rules are the core part of fuzzy control, this paper used NAGA optimize the fuzzy control rules and introduced the design process of fuzzy controller in detail. Using MATLAB / Simulink for a 39 space truss vibration simulation experiments, and obtains vibration displacement curve under conditions of free vibration, ordinary fuzzy controller and fuzzy controller optimized by NAGA. By pairwise comparison of results, obtained intelligent truss vibration displacement curve of fuzzy controller optimized by NAGA has the most obvious effect of control. The results verify the NAGA optimizing fuzzy control rules are effective.
