Corrugated radiating fin automatic production line is the special equipment for the manufacture of corrugated radiating fin. Used for the forming and welding work for corrugated radiating fin, its forming precision and welding quality directly show on the appearance and quality of the heat dissipation of transformer. Corrugated radiating fin automatic production line mainly consists of two parts, forming mechanism and auto welding mechanism. According to its basic function, auto line can be divided into decoiler mechanism, feeding mechanism, forming mechanism, shearing mechanism, welding feeding mechanism and automatic welding mechanism. Every part is independent module, convenient for the follow-up equipment production and program transplant.To better meet the needs of the customers and industry, the system selects the double system structure, forming mechanism and auto welding mechanism with independent control center and HMI. System adopts mitsubishi FX3U PLC as the main controller series, SIEMENS Smart Line 1000 IE industrial touch panel as the HMI, achievement the tasks of the parameters set, button operation, monitoring and alarm processing. Servo feeding system adopts Mitsubishi MR series servos, consist of closed loop feed system of position with encoder, complete accurate feeding and positioning function; Decoiler and forming mechanism adopts hydraulic power source, hydraulic motor satisfy the required torque of decoiler. Solenoid valve control cylinder completing all actions; Location and welding works of auto welding mechanism adopt servo system, ensure the accurate and efficient positioning, at the same time meet the requirements of the welding process.Corrugated sheet forming mechanism design key point is to feeding and forming mechanism. The key to automatic conveying mechanism is to improve the feed efficiency and precision, improve the efficiency of feeding mainly use the method of improving the feeding speed with suitable feeding control algorithm, and the main method used for increasing accuracy of feeding is position closed loop control system, measuring wheel with encoder will detect the real-time feed length and transmit to the PLC, and constitute to feeding closed-loop control system with servo system, reduce feeding error caused by sliding and other factors. The characteristics of the forming mechanism is action frequent and strict action process, the characteristics of the hydraulic unit lead to that small error will cause the materials or equipment damage. Forming mechanism design is in the full understanding of production process, at the same time has a comprehensive grasp, the order of the process and cycle structure to avoid double coil and loop nodes and other errors. The speed of hydraulic forming mechanism is the key factors that affect the equipment efficiency, the design of the oil hydraulic circuit, action and sequence structure, which improve the production efficiency is the key to the system design.Key point of welding machine is the realization of the welding process, welding scheme selection, design of the track and speed setting according to the productive technology. Welding adopts the gas shielded welding method of gas mixture, welding of independence, by way of an external control signal start-stop automatic welding. Welding moving driven by the through the servo system with the chain, using proximity switch as detection device to realize the origin location.Thesis is focus on the technological process and parameter, the process of the production line, the electrical structure, control programs and HMI configuration of the automatic control system are introduced. At the end of this paper, introduces debugging and commissioning processes of the control system and solutions of the problems encountered.
