The Study On The Effect Of Anti-seepage Curtain On Supporting And Drainage Of Deep Foundation Pit

Our country is in the period of economic development, and the improvement of urbanization level makes the building land of the city inadequate. A growing number of foundation pits arise at the historic moment, lots of whom are large deep foundation pits. Setting up anti-seepage curtain properly is an integral part in the design of deep foundation pit. The role of anti-seepage curtain in drainage is slowing or stopping the groundwater flowing in the foundation pit, so as to avoid the displacement around the foundation pit caused by the decline of ground water; at the same time ensure the desiccation of foundation pit for the convenience of construction.The vast majority of anti-seepage curtain designs mainly consider the best effect of seepage rather than mechanics. Based on mechanics theory, this paper uses FLAC3D to simulate the whole process of excavation and supporting, and load the top after the excavation. Comparing a variety of conditions, this paper analyzes the mechanical effect of anti-seepage curtain with a series of data, and explains the effect of anti-seepage curtain in different conditions such as positions, elastic modulus, and thickness on displacement of foundation pit and axial force of soil nail.There isn’t an accurate calculation formula of the yield of foundation pit with anti-seepage curtain. This paper uses ABAQUS to simulate drainage. Comparing a variety of conditions, this paper explains the effect of anti-seepage curtain in different depth on pore pressure, drawdown, radius of influence and yield of foundation pit. Finally through the analysis of the current commonly used design of well point drainage theory, combined with the result of numerical simulation, analyze the practicality of the existing formula in the design of drainage and put forward the calculation method of yield of foundation pit with anti-seepage curtain.
