In twenty-first Century, the human is faced with the double pressures of energy and environment. Biomass gas is a kind of renewable resources combustible energy, utilizing crop straw, livestock manure and other combustible substances as raw materials into combustible energy, has become a kind of new energy with great development potential. As a kind of distributed energy supply system, Combined Cooling Heating and Power (CCHP) system adopts the principle of energy cascade utilization and achieves the efficient use of energy, by combining, by combining power, heating and cooling. The combination of biogas and CCHP system, not only can improve the utilization rate of energy and economy, but also can achieve the utilization of waste and reduce environmental pollution. According to the CCHP system based on biogas of Persimmon garden ecological park, this paper researches the system design, optimization control, control system design and PC monitoring system design.First of all, this paper introduces the principle of CCHP system based on biogas and common design scheme. According to the cooling heating and power demand of Persimmon garden ecological park, this paper designs a CCHP system based on biogas, and analyses the system design, process of operation, the configuration and selection of equipment, the main working principle and operation mode of equipment.Secondly, according to the scheme of the CCHP system, this paper analyses the optimal control of CCHP system. Considering the price of gas and power, this paper establishes the mathematic model of economical and energy utilization, and simulates the mathematic model by genetic algorithm (GA). This paper not only gets the optimal outputs of equipment, but also gets running characteristics of the typical season.Thirdly, according to the results of optimal control, this paper designs the control system based on PLC. Using Siemens S7-300PLC and signal module, interface module for the control unit, the control system includes the hardware design and software design, and completes the design of hardware connection circuit of PLC. This control system can complete the order control of start and stop, alarm control, and working mode control of summer, winter, transition season.Finally, this paper design the PC monitoring system based on WINCC, which achieves functions of monitoring the running state of the system, controlling the start and stop of equipment, collecting and indicating data, and querying historical data, making the system operation more convenient and simple, and improving the automation degree and management efficiency greatly.
