China aging trend is increasingly serious, especially in Southern Hebei Province aging. For the local elderly residential and living environment becomes a problem urgently needed to solve the construction industry in Southern Hebei province.This paper is to design and research the elderly residential apartment layout and space combination of Jinan area as the center to carry out the discussion, to discuss the characteristics of the local problem of aging and the elderly from different cross discipline.According to the research material of the region the actual, the aging of the population in the area of the status and living will is analyzed, and the analysis of domestic and foreign pension model and related policy, select the appropriate pension mode in Jinan area for home-based care and community service, through the analysis of the various functions of the elderly housing space, combined with the basic characteristics of the elderly the design principle, and summarize the main points of the elderly residential apartment layout, summed up the elderly living patterns, the potential danger and harm the threat behind the old residential facilities for the elderly brings and unfavorable situation, and puts forward the countermeasures.On the basis of the old residential universal principles, combined with the investigation and analysis, the author of the old residential Huxing design and the transformation of old residential aging for a useful attempt. For the elderly to create a safe, comfortable, convenient, applicable and economic housing Huxing space, improve the quality of life of elderly people, and provide a point of reference and inspiration for the design and research of the elderly housing.
