When the elevator is empty and full of down-up operation and other conditions, the hoisting machine power state occurs, the power generation inevitably back to the internal drive, causing the voltage across the capacitor increases, a direct threat to the safe operation of the system. Typically this power through the resistance, in the form of heat energy consumption. Therefore, the tens of thousands of elevators, the operating conditions, resulting in a huge waste of energy, thus, has become a hot research.PWM scheme commonly used to study the elevator energy feedback system, the control scheme is too complicated, still in the research stage. In this paper, the use of sophisticated thyristor technology, this part of the power back to the grid, to achieve protection system security and efficient use of energy. The control strategy focused on elevator energy feedback system, the control system solutions, and implementations. A detailed analysis of the parameters thyristor inverter main circuit and protection circuit calculations, control the composition of the loop, the control program, and the MATLAB simulation, to achieve the desired results. This control scheme is based, given the realization of PLC based control scheme.This paper shows the control requirements analysis and system solutions elevator energy feedback system, this system is designed for device production, and debugging and other related work, with some guidance and reference.
