Elevator is widely used in commercial office buildings, high-rise residential areas and other places where people come and go, the electricity consumption of these high-rise buildings, the total electricity consumption of 5% to 15%, second only to air conditioning power consumption,and higher than lighting, water supply and other electricity consumption.The elevator produces a lot of regenerative energy in the reciprocating motion,in order to reduce the impact of regenerative energy on the elevator, and usually added to the braking resistor to consume produced regenerative energy, resulting in a waste of energy and not conducive to energy conservation.Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of energy utilization in the elevator operation, the energy reuse of the braking and the application of the energy feedback technology in the elevator have become the hot spot of the current research.At present,the elevator energy feedback technology research mainly have energy feedback network technology and super capacitor energy feedback technology.Due to feedback and the power of the grid is difficult to ensure that the same phase and frequency of the public grid will be to a certain extent to cause the harmonic pollution for the power grid, while the power supply sector is not recognized for the feedback power measurement, so the enterprise and scientific research departments mainly study super capacitor energy Application of Feedback System in Elevator Energy Saving System.By reading and studying the literature at home and abroad, it is found that many researchers have neglected the influence of grid voltage fluctuation on elevator energy saving system. Therefore, based on the traditional control strategy, the control strategy of bidirectional DC-DC converter based on fuzzy control is designed.In this paper, the energy flow of the elevator in this design is analyzed in detail,select super capacitor equivalent model, analyzes the process of ascending and descending of several typical working conditions,derive the maximum regenerative energy generated by the elevator, and selecting the super capacitor parameters.The isolated and non-isolated topology of the bidirectional DC-DC converter is analyzed, and the working principle of the non-isolated circuit is studied.Secondly, the control strategy of the traditional bidirectional DC-DC converter is studied. On this basis, two fuzzy controllers are added to adjust the DC bus voltage online to reduce the influence of grid voltage fluctuation on the energy feedback system and improve the feedback energy utilization efficiency.According to the text of the control strategy, set up the MATLAB/Simulink platform and the simulation experiment platform. The simulation results show that the control strategy can improve the efficiency of feedback energy utilization when the grid voltage fluctuates.
