Along with the increasingly serious environmental pollution, serious harm of PM2.5, such as the shortage of oil resources, environment and energy problem has gradually become an important concern for society. There are many factors that can cause these problems, but much of the reason is because of the traditional internal combustion engine car ownership is growing caused problems such as environment, energy and so on a series of the people’s livelihood. However, as a new energy products, pure electric vehicles, with its 100% zero pollution, economic and reliable, and the advantages of stable operation has gradually become the governments and enterprises to support and research objects. This article is based on a mature internal combustion engine models as the prototype, on the basis of the original for the parameters of the transmission system design and simulation analysis research., as the most important a part of electric cars, good dynamic system matching to maximize the energy utilization, the parameters of the parts to achieve the optimal.This article is based on a mature internal combustion engine models as the prototype, on the basis of the original for the parameters of the transmission system design and simulation analysis research., as the most important a part of electric cars, good dynamic system matching to maximize the energy utilization, the parameters of the parts to achieve the optimal.First of all, on the key technology of electric vehicles has carried on the thorough research, and on this basis, to determine the in this paper, the author studies on electric vehicle power system arrangement of the plan;Modeled on the traditional internal combustion engine car force analysis of research methods, for electric cars drive the vehicle on the state of stress analysis and the dynamic performance analysis, and according to the requirements of the vehicle parameters and performance parameters of each transmission system components such as reducer, drive motor, battery, etc were studied, the selection and parameters; Then against this paper introduced the research and analysis of the simulation software, simulation module of power system components and the vehicle control model, and the simulation on the basis of the design scheme, the highest speed, climbing performance, acceleration and range has carried on the simulation analysis, and through the power system parameter optimization, make electric cars climbing performance has improved, and the corresponding range and other dynamic performance is improved, through the optimized dynamic system is reasonable, can satisfy the requirement of design.
