Along with the traditional internal combustion engine vehicle brings the environmentpollution and energy shortage problem is becoming increasingly serious, various new energyvehicle has become a hot research field. Electric cars will become one of the main researchdirections in the development of automobile industry in future. Electric cars will graduallyreplace the traditional automobile has become one of the main means of transportation of thenew world, not only because of its easy operation, low noise, no pollution, the more importantis that it represents the green way of life, the concept of sustainable development, so theelectric vehicle has a broad application prospect.Based on the Great Wall at harvard h620121.5T to design a prototype, the powertransmission system of pure electric vehicle was re design research. The core system of theelectric vehicle is the power transmission system, which completed the conversion of theautomobile energy and the energy transfer. Under the conditions of the existing technology,the design goal of this paper is the reasonable design of power transmission system forelectric cars, and then related parameter matching of power transmission system in reasonable,the pure electric vehicles to meet the design requirements of the dynamic performance anddriving range of circumstances, all parameters of the system can achieve the optimalmatching.In this article, to the design of the vehicle by force analysis firstly, and discuss thedynamic property and economy of electric vehicle.For the calculation of the battery, motorand transmission parts of Drive system of pure electric vehicles. According to the mutuality ofparts, the Simulink simulation models of parts and the vechicle are made based on Advisorthat is a simulation software of the Electric vehice, according to the established simulationmodule, simulation the vehicle performance. Through the simulation results of pure of electricvehicles and mileage, analysis the influence of power of the drive motor, battery number,transmission ratio and other parameters for vehicle power performance and driving range.After the analysis clearly, to optimize reset the parameters of the various components ofthe power system, to simulation again, compared the simulation results with the designspecifications, and ultimately determine the design parameters and various powertraincomponents.
