| The absorption heat transformer is a device which driven by low grade heat source. Heat can be transfered from low temperature heat source to high temperature heat source by the absorption heat transformer. The low temperature heat source can be utilized effectively. The emission of air pollutants can be reduced when the system running. So the environment can be protected by the system. The project that using the absorption heat transformer driven by solar energy make the high temperature heat medium water was proposed. So the solar energy can be applied in the field of the industrial.The knowledge of the engineering thermodynamics and heat transfer were used in this text. The principle of the absorption heat transfer has been researched. The parameters of the working medium was calculated by using the principle of the conservation of energy and mass and the thermal performance of the working medium. The math model and the program were built based on the data that we got it by calculation. The influences from the evaporating temperature, absorbent temperature, condensing temperature and generating temperature has been got it by simulation. The system’s COP can be enhanced if we rise the evaporating and generating temperature, or reduce the absorbent and condensing temperature. The project that using the absorption heat transformer driven by solar energy to make the high temperature heat medium water was raised. And the design parameters also was achieved.The system that has 1Okw power has been designed. The system’s COP has been achieved by simulation. It is approximately equal to 0.495 when the system running in the ideal situation, which is consistent with the theoretical value. The solar collector system has been simulated by using the software of TRNSYS in this article. We found that the absorption heat transformer system can work 5 hours through solar collector system which have 61.14 m2 for making the heat source in good weather. The auxiliary heat source was added in the system in order to keep the system operate normally. The system of the absorption heat transformer was analyzed. At the same time, the components and the relevant equipment has been designed in this paper. So the work lay a foundation for later study.According to the previous research, we found that the rising temperature of the single absorption heat transformer is limited. So the system unable to meet the requirement in many situations. In order to get a higher temperature medium water, we made some related research to the double effect absorption heat transformer under the foundation of the single effect system in the article. Two kinds of system were operated under the same conditions, we found that the medium water’s temperature has been greatly improved, but the system’s COP dropped accordingly. |
