Disc-type rotor is used in many of common machines and mechanism, and take a very important function, for example,For example, a belt wheel, brake disc, fan clutch, flywheel,and many other similar parts. Balance is a basic common problems that must be solved in rotary products production, manufacturing process, which directly determines working performance, the service life of the products, and the quality of the products. The traditional balancing machine heavied by hand, in this way not only the production efficiency is low, poor quality correction, but also it result the destruction of the rotor is large, which can not suited to high-volume production requirements.Based on this situation, in order to solve the problem of plate type of rotor dynamic balance, automatic dynamic balancing machine of vertical disc type rotor overall institutional scheme was designed, division of the function modular, establish their mutual correction of closed-loop feedback system and correction system work flow chart.According to the disc type rotor balancing work requirements, its use of virtual prototyping technology, to modeling and assembly of three dimensional parameters on the Solid Words software platform, while testing the model for its correct and the rationality basically. Then using the finite element analysis software,to analyzing the statics, the stress deformation and stress distribution fasteners section for some key components of,such as spindle态box and swing frame which among balancing machine, aim to find the stress concentration sites and optimize the design of the mechanical structure. Finally, to make kinematics analysis on mechanical system of simplifies agencies by taking advantage of mechanical dynamics simulation software ADAMS, get a key part of the movement mechanism of animation and motion characteristics of displacement, velocity and acceleration graphs,checkout the reasonableness and dynamic interference conditions when its movement.In the paper, through design and study of the automatic dynamic balancing machine of vertical disc type rotor, get a comprehensive description of the prototype performance,which has considerable reference value for related engineering and technical personnel.Effectively to provide design support, bring the convenience for the mechanism design,quick guide designers turn design ideas into products prototypeto. Have a good practical value.
