Along with our country’s current infrastructure construction of highway bridge of continuous improvement, there are a large number of bridge need maintenance normal will in the future, and to bridge the problem occurs among state of carrying capacity and normal use, potential must carries on the repair and reinforcement, the reinforcement of bridge reinforcement, the effect how, using the reliability theory and method assessment is very effective, therefore, reliability analysis and evaluation of bridge reinforcement is a problem worthy of deep research.This paper is based on the reliability index of bearing capacity of strengthened bridge and the normal state of the computation as the foundation, the bridge has been in service for 50 years on, using two kinds of reinforcement, steel and carbon fiber reinforcement, analysis of bridge reinforcement in complete and reliable increase degree to judge two kinds of reinforcement quality, finally analysis the change of reliability index in bridge reinforcement in the design reference period, analysis of dead load live load variability, variability and sectional area of reinforcement variability on the time-dependent reliability of reinforced bridge effect, specific as follows:(1) Through the analysis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature data, comparative analysis of selected some theory model for this study, provides the basis for the calculation and analysis of the reliability of the bridge.(2) The mean value and standard bearing resistance and load effect of bridge capacity limit state under the difference model, using JC analysis, according to an engineering example bridge calculation and analysis in the two different reinforcement (carbon fiber plate and steel reinforcement), the reliability index increases the situation, and compared two kinds of reinforcement methods to enhance the effect of bearing capacity of bridge.(3) To establish the model of resistance and load effect of mean and standard based on deflection under serviceability limit states, also in accordance with the practical engineering calculation are analyzed in two different strengthening mode under the condition of improving the reliability index.(4) Aiming at strengthening bridge reliable performance degradation problems, analysis and calculation of the bridge in 50 years after the reinforcement in the normal use and the change of reliability index under the condition of bearing capacity, and analyzes the change trend, compared two different strengthening modes, at last, the influence factors for the main bridge reliability several different constant load, the live load variability, variability, reinforcing steel area variation of reliability calculation, the influence of 3 factors on the reliability index comparison.
