| By its superior performance, the concretes are widely applied in construction, transportation, water conservation and so on. so far, it is one kind of building material the use is broadest and the amount used are most. it is also quite common in bridge application, But, with the reason of the flaw in designs and construction, the damage and deterioration in long-term use process, the change in use function as well as fire, earthquake destruction. The reasons cause the concretes beam bridge structure to suffer injury seriously. Reinforcing the old beam bridge have the significant social efficiency, economic efficiency and broad promoted application prospect. Therefore, the concretes beam bridge's reinforcement receives the people widespread attention day by day.This paper apply the concrete structures thoery, architecture materials, structure reinforcement construction technique, structural testing technology, bridge computation theory and reliability theory and so on. Through the curved performance load experimental study of the concretes simple beam which is reinforced by CFRP and steel plate. Analysing the stress failure mechanism of both, discussing the difference of the stress performance in the different reinforcement way, the different damage condition and so on. The main issues and rusults.are as follows.(1) Outlining the structural research present situation of the CFRP and the steel plate reinforcing concrete Structure. Pointing out the insufficiency of both reinforcing concrete structure and awaits question which further studies.(2) The experiment beams in the sound condition and normal use limited condition. The strain gauges were wholy arranged in the experiment beams, the dial gauge and so on. Finishing the reinforcement plan's selection, computation and construction. Prepareing for the later period destructive experiment.(3) Doing destructive test to the experiment beams. Entire journey gauging the stain of the material(concrete, steel bar, steel plate, CFRP), deflection distortion, crack width. Analying the similarities and differences of the experiment beams in different condition and the difference in destructive way. Discussing the factors of the bent performance of the experiment beams.(4) Based on assigned failure criterion, Combined the material actual examination data of the material, by random simulations of Monte Carlo, analying reliability computational method of reinforcement beams.Compared with experiment result, Syntheticiy evaluating reinforcement effect(5) The research work of this thesis has been summarized,and the research trends in the future are has been forecasted. |
