Biomass resources have the characteristics of widely distributed and reusable, after processing, they can be use as feed and fuel. Beginning from the early 1990s, scholars at home and abroad make an in-depth exploration on biomass conversion process and influencing factors in the process of transformation.As a result, it was agreed that:how to solve the question about the inhibition of lignin on cellulase is the key to biomass conversion.The cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin of the biomass straw are entangled closely, it is hard to separate effectively. At present, the most effective way to achieve effective separation of three is the steam explosion pretreatment technology. Steam explosion equipment used in this study is the latest straw pretreatment equipment in domestic at the present It can realize the suddenly release of straw within 0.00875s. It can push the straw out of high pressure cylinder and complete the straw crush.The main work of the study includes the following three aspects:(1) The application and analysis of the high temperature solar heat collecting system in steam explosion. The steam explosion equipment based in the word can damage the physic structure of biological straw to achieve effective separation of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin. Because the price of the steam from the boilers (coal, gas or biomass) or electric heaters is expensive, it is difficult to be accepted. In the meantime, the boiler combustion would generate a lot of smoke pollute the environment. The core device of high temperature solar heat collecting system is eccentric condenser vacuum tube solar, the ordinary vacuum tube is independently arranged on the inner of the arc-shaped condenser, and the center of vacuum tube is located in the arc radius of condenser which is less than or equal to 3/4. This can be the greatest degree to focus the sun’s rays, condensing efficiency can reach more than 80%. Medium high temperature solar collector system with its special focus mode can make the fluid medium temperature up to 180 degrees, and its internal structure can withstand the pressure of 1.5MPa, which lay a theoretical foundation of making medium high temperature solar collector system provide the steam for steam explosion system. At the same time, this paper also verified by experiments on the heat collecting effect in high temperature solar heat collecting system, ultimately determine the reliability of system in the application of steam explosion.(2) Structure design and stability analysis of sealing valve for feed in steam explosion system. In order to solve low feed efficiency, easy leakage and other problems of inlet valve in the steam explosion systems, a feed valve which simultaneously achieves feed, sealing and opening has been designed. Through theoretical analysis of valve core according to material and working environment of valve and intensity analysis using ANSYS Workbench, the maximum deformation position of valve core and the optimum diameter and the best speed of screw shaft which can ensure the stability of feed and seal have been obtained. Through theoretical calculation and intensity check, the strength of valve core fully meet the design requirements under normal working conditions. The experimental study about the impact of feeding time and rotate speed on the stability of feed shows the best rotate speed is 200 r/min and the best feeding time is 5 min to feed 150 kg corn stalks.(3)The exploration and analysis of steam explosion technology in feed application. To improve maize straw forage feeding value, the influence on corn stalk internal cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, reducing sugar and total sugar content in different steam explosion conditions were studied. Each influence factor is analyzed by using the mixed level orthogonal test. The results showed that:the different type of feed was required by ruminant animal and monogastric animal decisions the variety of corn stalk steam explosion pretreatment conditions. The combination of optimal conditions of stream explosion was required by the pretreatment of activity feed for the ruminant animal was steam explosion pressure 1.1MPa, pre leaching water ratio 40%, pre leaching ammonia ratio 8%, soaking time 48h, pressuring time 8min. The combination of optimal conditions of stream explosion was required by the pretreatment of activity feed for the monogastric animal was steam explosion pressure 1.5MPa, pre leaching water ratio 40%, pre leaching ammonia ratio 4%, soaking time 48h, pressuring time 4min.The RFV of corn stalk after steam explosion was 80.98% and 80.17%.It was higher than the domestic sheep RFV (72.92%).The result proves feeding value of corn stalk after steam explosion was better.
