The Analysis And Strategy Of Public Building Energy Consumption In Shandong Jianzhu University

The university campus public building as well as the energy consumption is an important part of public buildings in China. Reducing the energy efficiency of public buildings in the campus is one of the most effective ways to reduce the energy consumption of a university. In recent years, with the spreading of saving building energy work of national public, more and more universities began to join in the work of "Energy-saving Reduction" and the construction of "Beautiful China". Lots of colleges which have made outstanding contributions to the construction of energy-saving have built a campus energy monitoring platform for the buildings. Because of the difference of the understanding of monitoring platform,many colleges without the understanding the guidelines and the national standards deeply. The platform data is not combined with their own characteristics of school buildings. Therefore, how to use the platform of statistical data on school public buildings and how to dig out the influence factors of each type of public buildings will be meaningful for the research of construction supervision problems in colleges.Firstly, the subject background, research purpose, research status, research methods and research framework is separately explained in the paper. Secondly, through the main function of monitoring platform for energy conservation in Shandong Jianzhu University and its technical characteristics the author carried on analyzing the comprehensive economic benefits in recent years. Thirdly, based on the analysis of the energy-saving advantages of the platform, we know about the three years of energy consumption status and the analysis of the main influencing factors of energy consumption of public buildings. Fourthly, the author respectively analyzes the typical public building energy consumption and summarizes the characteristics of each kind of public building. Finally, with the understanding of the existing energy policy and energy saving technology,this paper demonstrates building energy saving strategies according to the characteristics of each kind ofpublic building energy consumption, and provides the beneficial reference for the energy saving of university public building in the future.
