Research On The Application Of Campus Energy Saving Supervision System In Institutions Of Higher Learning

In order to effectively achieve the goal of energy saving and water saving in Colleges and universities,to carry out the construction of a conservation oriented campus,to establish a national conservation demonstration units,and to work through the China quality certification center energy management system certification,The author in the study and reference of "University of economical campus construction management and technical guidelines(Trial)","college campus building energy monitoring system construction technology guide" and "energy management system requirements" and relevant provisions of the standard on the basis of a university should be combined with the actual object,established in the energy conservation supervision system the main campus building,organization construction,system construction and evaluation methods supplemented by economical campus energy monitoring system is designed and built,and the system is applied to the research object,in order to test the actual application effect of the system,found the problems in the oper ation.Specific work and conclusions are as follows:(1)To build a conservation oriented campus energy monitoring system,the system consists of campus building energy monitoring system,economical campus construction project office,examination system,operation supervision system,equipment and facilities for energy consumption statistics and energy audit system,data sharing and publicity system,demand management system,resource conservation and environmental management system procurement system,design the campus building energy monitoring system construction technology scheme,and puts forward some measures for guaranteeing the implementation of the system construction,combination of the actual situation of operation and maintenance supervision system in recent years,put forward the system construction should be paid attention to in design problems and improvement measures.(2)The application of the system on the energy consumption data were divided when breakdown according to the construction characteristics,analyzed the usage,grasp the overall campus and different function of campus building with characteristics and rules,further tap the energy potential of campus building,aiming at the unreasonable energy situation,put forward a series of e nergysaving scheme.The implementation of a number of energy-saving projects,the effect is significant,in 2015 the school was named the national saving demonstration unit,through the energy management system China Quality Certification Center(En MS)"certification".(3)Summarizes the construction method and design principle of evaluation index of campus building energy consumption,in the practical application,the campus energy consumption not only with a single index that per capita energy consumption,per capita water consumption,energy consumption per unit area of campus building is evaluated,it should also be of different types of unit energy consumption,water consumption and other indicators of campus building evaluation.Based on the above considerations,the establishment of the campus building energy consumption evaluation index system and the index system of campus building energy consumption and water consumption for comprehensive evaluation.
