Rapid advance in the development of the economy and construction makes elevators become integral transport tool of the production and living of. With advances in technology and industry elevator have gone through a hundred years of development, in 2009 the elevator was classified as "High-energy Special Equipment," by the State Council, since the energy consumption status of the elevator enter the spotlight and attracted much attention gradually. In recent years, the trend of development of high-speed elevator presentation intelligence, group control, in the case of large office buildings, more and more group control elevators are appearing, and energy saving degree in the elevator group controlled parallel group became an important indicator of the pros and cons of group control algorithm. For the above, the author analyzes the principle of traction elevator structure and composition of energy, establish a set of methods to calculate energy consumption of the high-speed elevator group control system. The paper provides elevator energy consumption and running calculation scheme of time for performance test platform. The main research process and reads as follows:Firstly, studies of the "four quadrant" elevator operating characteristics under review and summarize the status and inadequate of elevator energy research premise by analyzing common traction elevator works under different working conditions possessed; clarify electricity consumption and influencing factors of elevator working and standby.Secondly, by induction the movement of the moving parts of elevator, establish the instantaneous power formula of elevator running. Formula established relationship between the running speed elevator and instantaneous power, including the heat when the elevator and all the mechanical energy produced by the resistance. In this paper, the use of mathematical models and numerical simulation CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) method calculates the friction between guide shoe and rail and the air resistance of car in the hoistway and their energy consumptionFinally, using MATLAB software simulation of the energy consumption of one elevator in a variety of conditions (different load/run distance) by combining instantaneous power lift formula and an example. Verify the energy calculation methods in this paper the rationality and feasibility by comparison with experimental data. On this basis, according to the principles and characteristics of the elevator group control system performance test platform, paper gives more energy calculation scheme elevator group control in parallel state.
