Elevator Energy Consumption Analysis And Energy Saving In Hainan Province

With the rapid development of the elevator industry, the elevator has become an indispensable means of transportation in people's daily life?Injoying the convenience of elevator brings to people's life, also it brings us some energy crisis. According to statistics,by the end of 2014 China elevator number close to 3.6 million units, by the end of 2015,the total number of more than 4 million units, every year,the increment of the elevator is over than 400000 sets, the rapid increase of the elevator bring the great pressure in our country energy, and the elevator energy consumption has become the focus of social attention. On the other way, in China,there is not a reliable statistics about the elevator energy consumption, our government has not yet formmed the standards of the elevator energy consumption, and the measures of elevator energy consumption command is also not completed. During the big situation of the comprehensive energy conservation and emissions reduction what our country advocating , the elevator industry should also actively response to the national policy in carrying out the elevator energy-saving emission reduction work, the elevator energy consumption research will play an important role in reducing energy waste.In 2010, Hainan has entered the international tourism island of province, following development of construction industry, a large number of building has been exploited, and the number of the elevator will be especially rapidly increases. At present, there is more than forty thousand elevators in our province , and more than 5000 units elevotors has growth during the six years, of which more than 10 years serviced accounting for more than 3500 units, the increment of elevator and the large number usage in energy-intensive elevator bring more burden in Hainan's energy, and also less than 2% elevotors using the braking energy feedback technology or energy-saving technology in Hainan . So,colleting the energy consumption of elevator and analysing the data urder different configuration in elevator, and get a viable way to reduce energy consumption in elevotor is important for Hainan's elevotor using or saving the energy.In this paper, we analysis the factors of elevator energy consumption. Combining the Hainan's geography and climate, and the usage or the basic conditions of Hainan's elevators. At the same time, to get a energy consumption report in view of traction type elevator energy consumption test to analysis the elevator energy ,and provide a feasible Suggestion to reduce the elevator energy.The research content mainly has the following five aspects:(1) the elevator situation analysis of Hainan province. According to the geographical and climatic conditions of Hainan province, and the elevator usage of Hainan province,analyze the related factors of Hainan province elevator energy consumption.(2) through the introduction of the structure of traction type elevator, principle and working characteristics, analyses its influence factors of elevator energy consumption.(3) Adopt energy efficiency test instrument, respectively in different months, different places and different types, different s of traction type elevator test, and the test results were analyzed.(4) According to the experimental data, the energy consumption analysis of elevator energy saving potential of hainan province.(5) put forward the elevator energy-saving measures of hainan province.
