Since 2001 the rapid development of urbanization in China, the construction area of urban and rural is greatly increased.New countryside is developed with the construction of urbanization in our country, which is the product of natural history to reconstruct the rural settlement space and the basic unit of modern social governance system. It is an important way for the broad masses of farmers to participate in the modernization process justly and to share the achievements of modern.The north rural region is vast, cold, and has no central heating in winter.The people in the rural heated relying on burning straw, firewood and coal in winter before, which consumed a lot of energy consumption, poor indoor comfort and environmental pollution. With the rapid development of economic society, improving the conditions and living environment of the house further has become a dream and new expectation of the broad masses of peasants.For the moment,the rural residential units with climatic zone of urban residential area can have more than use, but the service level provided is far lower than the urban residential buildings. Biomass energy has been replaced by the commodity consumption,and electricity consumption increases year by year. In 2011, the commodity consumption of rural building is 197 million tce, which possesses 26.8% of the total energy consumption. Rural construction has become the biggest uncertainty in China’s building energy consumption. So it is necessary to carry out a research in heating system of the rural to solve the heating in winter and domestic hot water all the year, which is also one mean to reduce building energy consumption in our country effectively.The paper made investigation and analysis of some villages in ShanDong Qingdao,which is located in the north cold region. In combination with characteristics of geography and climate of the region, and the local rural economic conditions, living habits, construction technology and resources condition, and set the heating system as the main line, to the building structure, the heat preservation performance of retaining structure, solar heating system, heat storage system, control system and so on each link of technical research, the reasonable use of new materials, with low energy design strategy and low cost strategy for the principle, innovation, integration, design a set of more perfect heating system, and according to the engineering application research comparison and analysis, the new rural heating system of low energy consumption, low cost emerged, this system maneuverability is strong, and has the promotion value.The main work of the paper is:The first part:through the research about the present situation of Qingdao countryside, we understand the local economic conditions, living habits and the demand for heating,and the government policy on new energy use.According to the investigation and analysis,we define the clear goals and principles to choose the best way of heating. It shows the solar energy for rural heating system is the best choice.Then the paper has put forward the research direction of solution why the solar energy heating in China is not used well.The second part:the paper begins from the perspective of heat load of solar energy heating system, the paper was studied mainly from the increased winter construction and reducing the loss of heat, The study focus on building palisade structure, material selection and design.The third part:from the solar system’s heating system, heat storage system, control system and auxiliary system of new materials, new technologies, such as research, innovation, integration, design suitable for the local, and rural areas in our country has promotion value of solar heating system.The fourth part:the numerical simulation was studied on the engineering example, and at last the cost and economic benefit s of the project are analyzed.
