| Designing and building the test bench based on an energy-saving demonstration project in Jinan, the paper focuses on the research of central radiant floor heating technology with air source heat pump. Regarded the whole residential area as respondent, the subject sets up the experimental test and data acquisition system about properties of the heating system including operating status and energy efficiency ratio and then analyses the feasibility and economic evaluation.We collect operating data of the demonstration project during the 2014-2015 heating season hour by hour, and record monitoring results of outdoor environment on site. Then we research the operating characteristics of the heating system from the typical day, the typical month and the whole heating season and evaluate the heating thermal comfort subjectively and objectively from users’ subjective feeling and indoor temperature conditions. Finally, compared to the other heating systems,we analyses the energy-saving, friendly-environment, heating thermal comfort and the economic evaluation of the heating system in Shandong Province and discuss the applied in the energy-saving project.This heating system’s HSPE in the 2014-2015 heating season is 2.98. Primary energy utilization is about 1.04, which is 1.64 times bigger than scattered boiler heating and 1.33 times as big as centralized boiler heating respectively. Operating cost of unit heating area is about 16.8 yuan, which is 63.1% of the central heating of municipal network. It is concluded that the radiant floor heating system with air source heat pump has the characteristics of initial investment saving, firm operation, favorable effects, well energy-saving and economy. The heating technology with air source heat pump is perfectly accepted for project reformed and applied in remote and rural areas. In a word, the study is of great guiding significance and reference value for the promoted application of the heating technology in the cold regions. |
