The direct floor radiant heating system with air source heat pump is a new kind of saving-energy system. At present, there is no study about some important thermal parameters, such as the ground heat flux density and the average surface temperature, the heating performance of the new type system is also a lack of detailed analysis and research.This paper, aiming at the thermal properties of floor radiant transfer process with air source heat pump and the heating performances of heat pump units, carry on comprehensive quantitative analysis and research.Firstly, set up the physical models and mathematical models of floor radiant heating, determine the specific boundary conditions, lay the foundation the analysis of numerical simulation.Then using the FLUENT software to carry on simulation calculation of different heat medium temperature, different pipe diameter, different pipe spacing, different indoor temperature and different surface materials, obtain a series of numerical solutions of the thermal parameters influenced by various factors, and make into forms.Through analysis the graphs drawn about relationship of the on and under surface heat flux density value and the average surface temperature value and various influence factors, get the influence degree of various influence factors on surface heat flux density and the average surface temperature. Finally, through setting up the experiment platform of the direct air source heat pump heating, test the heat performance of three different sets of air source heat pump units, prove the possibility of the system, and then calculate the heating area of a certain particular floor radiant model by using simulating numerical solutions and experiment testing heating quantity of heat pump unis.Through the research results by mathematical simulation and experiment test, provide the data and theory reference in the aspect of design, construction and operation maintenance for the air source heat pump direct floor radiant heating system, and lay the reliable basis for its future application promotion.
