Tray goods units is a prerequisite for the implementation of logistics operation of mechanization, it can be considered a country is a national logistics modernization on its ownership tray. The current market tray mainly include: wooden pallets, paper tray, plastic tray, and the wooden pallets is the mainstream market pallet. Wooden pallets relative to the paper tray the performance is still certain advantages, but with the further study of paper tray, these advantages of wood pallets gradually reduced, and even in some aspects(such as appearance, cost) generation is better than the wooden pallets. However, because of the increasing shortage of natural resource and rising world demand for environment protection, the tray will inevitably become the future development of green environmental protection trend. And the honeycomb paper board because of its excellent mechanical properties, that makes the honeycomb cardboard as the paper tray substrate become a trend of wood tray market.Paper tray instead of wooden pallets have been widely used, but the study of the mechanical properties of honeycomb paper tray and in instead of wooden pallets are also few, it has not formed a relatively complete data. And the design method of honeycomb paper pallet has not formed the system design of honeycomb paper tray. Now most scholars are based on actual experience and not on science, this can not give full play to design the performance of honeycomb paperboard trays, also can not effectively reduce the cost and the waste of materials. The topic for the paper tray performance basic characteristics, through the research on the different structure and process to improve its performance, and compare it with the performance of wooden pallets, get a set of data that paper tray instead of wooden pallets.The main contents are:(1) From general sandwich material of bending strength and compressive strength theory, analyzes the factors affecting the strength of honeycomb paperboard, the critical buckling stress of the honeycomb cardboard panels equations and flat crush strength of honeycomb paperboard, and analysis of these factors on the bearing performance of the honeycomb paper tray.(2) Using ANSYS finite element analysis software simulation analysis the performance of the whole tray, the tray structure to carry on the design and analysis of the stress distribution of different structure, comparing the performance of different structure advantage, provide the basis for late-stage test tray design.(3) For theoretical analysis of the factors affecting the performance of honeycomb paper tray, from the performance of the base material, analyzes and compares the results to explore thickness, moisture content, environmental temperature and humidity affect the performance of honeycomb paperboard, to reach a better instead of the wooden tray honeycomb paper base material specification.(4) According to the experimental data and the basis of the honeycomb cardboard ANSYS finite element analysis software simulation analysis, contrast the stiffener tray structure put forward ten kinds of concrete structure design plan, and the tray of the ten kinds of structure, respectively, the compressive strength, block bearing, drop, bending test and research, through the analysis and comparison of experimental results, obtained in does not affect the tray under the condition of normal use, the different structure of the pallet and the application range of bending.(5) Comparing the test data analysis, thus obtains the data used in the honeycomb paper pallet instead of wood pallet.In this paper, the research results will provide the honeycomb paper pallet instead of wood pallet in bearing and bending provide a certain amount of design data, the promotion and application of honeycomb paper tray has great practical significance.
