| The permanent magnet synchronous motor has been favored by researchers, in the fields of industrial, agricultural, military etc., because of its superior performance. Stm32f407 is chosen as the main control chip in which the ARM Cortex-M4 is adopted as the core. It always works as the professional chip for studying the development of permanent magnet synchronous motor. Moreover, its ability to process digital signal is suitable for the implementation of various control strategies. This paper discusses the designs of hardware and software for studying the measurement for the parameters of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on STM32F407.The mathematical models of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in different coordinate and the conversions between them are analyzed in detail in this paper. Expound the principle and implementation of space vector pulse width modulation. Determine the 0di = rotor field oriented vector control strategy as the final plan after compare the advantages, disadvantages and applicable occasions of different current control scheme on the premise of vector control method.The high performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor control strategy depends on the motor parameters applied in the control process. First of all, this paper analyzes the factors may affect the armature winging resistance and direct axis inductance parameters in the working environment. Secondly, explain the principle of DC volt ampere method for measuring the stator armature winding’s resistance and offer the method that reduces the influence of dead time. Derive the formula for the direct axis inductance according to the motor mathematical model, and then introduce the key parameters for the measurement comprehensive. In reference to the method of pulse voltage injection, after introduce and compare three detect schemes for the initial position of permanent magnet widely used in current, apply the voltage space vector to the armature and detect the direction of rotor magnetic pole according to the feedback current di. Finally, give the design of software and analyze the measurement result according to the measurement principles described above.The hardware design for permanent magnet synchronous motor controller mainly aimed at two aspects as the main power circuit and sampling circuit. The main power circuit can be divided into rectifier circuit module, inverter circuit module and switching power supply circuit module. Convert the 380 V three-phase alternating voltage to direct voltage by the full bridge rectifier and high power filter circuit. The inverter circuit use PM75RL1A120 to realize the DC/AC conversion. Meanwhile, design the control circuit and fault detect circuit according to the characteristics of the chip. It presents the single-end flyback converter with some outputs to offer the power for the whole controller with FN13844. Whether the field oriented vector control scheme or the detections of motor’s parameters are all depends on the feedback current, so the paper explains the sampling circuits for A, B phase currents and DC bus voltage rely on the sampling channels of STM32F407. |
