With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,constantly advancing urbanization,population centralization, the existing space can not meet the needs of the increasingly urban, and now to the underground and high-rise has already been the trend. And the subway is one of the best ways to alleviate the pressure of the city, which we need to do further research and analysis to the deep pit. As we all know, subway stations are often located in the deep foundation downtown area of a city, surrounding with buildings, and the excavation in the construction process will inevitably bring about a series of engineering problems, especially on the perimeter of the buildings, so we need to consider the study not only the stability of the pit against the deformation of the surrounding buildings.Based on fengyang road station on hefei metro line 1,this paper uses the finite element software MIDAS GTS to create a numerical model to study and analyse the deformation of the envelope and the surrounding surface, and on-site monitoring and comparative analysis.The main conclusions as follows:(1)It Describes the relevant factors which are making a difference in the deformation of the supporting structure and the surrounding soil during excavation of the deep foundation pit,and describing the deformation mechanism and the deformation modes.(2)It gives the construction monitoring program of the deep excavation retaining structure and the surrounding surface in this subway,and simply analyses the monitoring data of the horizontal displacement of diaphragm wall, the surface subsidence and the deformation of the building.(3) It uses the finite element software MIDAS GTS build a three-dimensional numerical model of deep foundation construction in the whole process,studies the deformation of the deep foundation construction and the surrounding surface in the six conditions, and compares with on-site monitoring data, the results show that the simulation of excavation MIDAS GTS is effective and reasonable.
