Anhui huaibei and huainan mining emission each year a large amount of solid waste (fly ash, coal gangue), there are 10 million tons annual emissions, utilization rate is low, pollution is serious, and cause waste of renewable resources.But the current state of construction and attaches great importance to green building materials "ban solid ban stick" introduced a number of rules.So how to combine local resources in our province, huaibei and huainan mining areas using solid wastes in the production of green building materials has become the inevitable trend in the development of building energy efficiency in our province.Fly ash, coal gangue as the new wall materials prepared with reducing weight,thermal insulation, energy conservation and so on.This topic around the huaibei and huainan mining areas coal fly ash, coal gangue production of new wall materials as the research object, and preparation of fly ash autoclaved aerated concrete block, fly ash concrete hollow block (fills in XPS plate), sintering gangue hollow brick, the maximum amount of the fly ash is up to 60%, the maximum amount of 100% coal gangue.Subject to three kinds of new wall materials and traditional solid clay brick in our province engineering practical application for the study of system test,combined with the environment in hot summer and cold winter areas of our province to build four different enclosure structure material demonstration room 240 mm thick in Hefei Anhui Architecture University Campus.By hot box method the thermal analysis was carried out on the heat transfer coefficient of wall materials.The test room air conditioner type, temperature and humidity acquisition scheme and data processing scheme are developed and optimized design.Studied in 2013 year in hefei area between indoor and outdoor climate analysis, indoor environment, comfort evaluation; The energy consumption of tested room, cooling, heating and constant temperature stage test, to explore new wall materials and the relationship between traditional clay brick.According to the national 50%-65% of building energy efficiency design standard requirements, common and energy saving rate is higher in hefei area of fly ash autoclaved aerated concrete enclosure structure materia (the surname EPS plate 80 mm thick) for exterior insulation test research,through software simulation and analysis of test, comparative analysis of exterior insulation of fly ash autoclaved aerated concrete block heat preservation and heat insulation performance, and the fly ash autoclaved aerated concrete block temperature change on the influence of the wall stress and strain are discussed in this paper.Experimental results show that use of huaibei and huainan mining solid waste preparation of three kinds of new wall materials in the hot summer and cold winter region the field thermal performance analysis, the heat transfer coefficient is less than traditional clay solid brick; New wall materials on the indoor environment and human body comfort without harmful effects.Preparation of full coal gangue sintered coal gangue hollow block masonry test room winter relative energy saving 8.3%, summer relative energy saving 9.6%; 30% of fly ash concrete hollow block masonry test room winter relative energy saving 18.0%, relative energy saving 10.5% in summer;60% of fly ash aerated concrete block masonry test room winter relative energy saving 27.3%, relative energy saving 31.1% in summer,fly ash aerated concrete block masonry, therefore, saving energy and reducing consumption test room obvious advantages, the experimental results showed that winter cooling speed is slow, this material has good heat preservation performance; The summer heat slower, has good heat insulation performance.From winter and summer temperature phase waveform trend diagram shows that the peak number and the energy consumption of test room has certain correlation.By modified EPS board exterior insulation system is stuck outside the test room relative energy saving up to 57.8%, the effect is improved obviously; Through software simulation, the fly ash aerated concrete block wall edge areas affected by the temperature difference stress and strain is relatively larger.the strain concentration of the edge of the wall is studied in experiment,the relationship is the upper left lower corner> right upper corner> middle part.This topic based on the experimental study on using different structural materials engineering demonstration room system, by simulation analysis software, the results can provide a theoretical basis for energy saving in hot summer and cold winter zone heat insulating material selection and Application.
