Conducted a experimental research and theoretical calculations for the building structure and the thermal performance of self-insulation wall with autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, the main experimental study was carried out in three aspects: Anchoring experimental study on reinforcing bar in the level mortar joint of self-insulation wall with autoclaved aerated concrete blocks; Bond anchoring mechanism experimental study on the reinforcing bar and special mortar for autoclaved aerated concrete blocks; Cold bridge experimental study on the self-insulation wall with autoclaved aerated concrete blocks.Through the pulling test of 9 components 36 reinforcing bars in the level mortar joint of self-insulation wall with autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, detailed analysis of the impact of mortar strength grade, reinforced anchor length and vertical normal stress on the bond anchorage properties of pulling steel bar; Determination the internal force distribution of reinforcing bar along the length of the anchoring, calculation the bond stress changes of reinforcing bar along the length of the anchoring; Proposed the anchorage length of reinforcing bar in the level mortar joint of self-insulation wall with autoclaved aerated concrete blocks; Through the finite element software numerical simulation analysis on the bond anchorage properties of reinforcing bar in the level mortar joint of masonry, the calculation results and the testing results are similar.Through the pulling test of 14 components 43 reinforcing bars in special mortar for brickwork, detailed analysis of the impact of reinforcing bar diameter,mortar strength grade and reinforced anchor length on the bond anchorage properties, regressed the calculation formula of ultimate bond strength between special mortar for brickwork and reinforcing bar; Through the test results of four test pieces with strain gauges sticking inside the reinforcing bar, obtained the distribution function of bond stress along the length of the anchoring; Through the analysis of reliability, put forward the design recommendations of reinforcing bar anchoring length in special mortar for block.Through the experimental study on cold bridge of self-insulation wall with autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, measured the temperature and heat flux at the node of frame column, respectively calculate the heat transfer coefficient between frame column and self-insulation wall, and then get the average heat transfer coefficient of self-insulation wall; Through the finite element software numerical simulation analysis on the temperature field at the node of Frame column, calculated the distribution of the temperature, determined the effect scope of cold bridges.
