In fact, product transport packaging system is composed of product, package and carrier, which are coupled into a complex structure. Therefore, analysis on dynamic response of the complicated system is the key of product transport packaging system. Inverse sub-structuring theory has been recently proposed and applied for a problem that it’s difficult to measure the coupling dynamic stiffness and dynamic response of components. However, research on inverse sub-structuring theory of rigid-flexible coupling transport packaging system. In this paper, based on sub-structuring and inverse sub-structuring theory of flexible coupling system, and characteristics of rigid coupling system, inverse sub-structuring theory of two-substructure multi-coordinate coupling system and three-substructure multi-coordinate coupling system are proposed. Then, based on lumped parameter model and spring-mass physical model and online test, the theory is verified. The concrete research contents are as follows:(1) Based on sub-structuring theory of single-coordinate and multi-coordinate, inverse of two-substructure single-coordinate and two-substructure multi-coordinate are deduced. Lumped parameter model and spring-mass physical model are established to verify correct of the theory. And based on lumped parameter model, analysis of the parameters and erro control are researched. With the help of this, influence of model parameters and measured frequency response function(FRF) on predicted result are obtained.(2) On the basis of inverse sub-structuring theory of two-substructure rigid coupling system, inverse sub-structuring theory of three-substructure single-coordinate rigid-flexible coupling system and three-substructure multi-coordinate rigid-flexible coupling system are proposed. Lumped parameter model and spring-mass physical model are established to verify correct of the theory. And based on lumped parameter model, analysis of the parameters and error control are also researched. With the help of this, influence of model parameters and measured(FRF) on predicted result are obtained. Compared with experimental results between different classifications of the same system, correct of decoupling method on inverse sub-structuring of multi-structuring system is verified.(3) In order to verify the reliability of inverse sub-structuring theory of three-substructure multi-coordinate rigid-flexible coupling system on actual product transport packaging system, motor-washing machine-vehicle three-substructure rigid-flexible coupling product transport packaging system is set up, and taking motor as the key component of washing machine. And noise is reduced away with the help of single value decomposition(SVD). With the help of inverse sub-structuring theory, the feasibility of theory is verified in real transport environment.
