Due to the stability and precision of current domestic CNC machining process system can not meet the quality requirements of the turbine blades. Therefore, the turbine blade manufacturing process require timely feedback by CMM measurements. In order to achieve this goal, The blade manufacturer for Blade turbine mass production should have a strong CMM detection capability. This paper aims to explore the means by technical improvements to improve the company’s CMM detection capability with the company’s existing CMM inspection resources unchanged. This paper mainly do the following research:(1)Explore and identify the specific CMM’s optimal combination of DCC(direct computer control direct computer control) parameters by orthogonal experiment. To improve the detection efficiency of CMM while ensuring its detection accuracy. Guide the actual batch blade inspection by CMM.(2)The geometric characteristics of the steel turbine blades are classified by probe type,probe angle and attachment plane which used in the CMM detection. Change the steel blade manual interaction measurement for automatic measurement.
