The aerospace,military,and other industries in the United States are booming.The key components of power plants are blades.Blades for various purposes have different twists due to their specific uses.As a result,blade precision is very high,and the measuring methods used are also very reliable.The difference is that if the blade has a greater twist,the issue of poor contact measurement efficiency becomes much more prevalent.This paper constructs a non-contact measurement platform separately,improves on the conventional contour measurement system,and suggests a measurement scheme and route planning suitable for greater torsion to address the problems of low efficiency and high cost of contact measurement.First and foremost,it is constructed from an alloy frame.The DUT is calculated using multi-axis motion in the X,Y,Z,and C directions.A binomial hybrid stepper motor serves as the motion module for the ball screw,and a laser is mounted at the Y axis’s end.The displacement sensor is connected to the data acquisition card,and the data acquisition module is generated by connecting the upper device to the data acquisition card through the USB interface.The user monitors the movement of the four axes by writing a suitable algorithm on the upper device,and the blade data is acquired using the point laser displacement sensor.The data is then sent to the host machine.The rotating axis,or C axis,is one of them.It allows for 360°measurement of the measured component without dead angles.A metal fixture is mounted on top to ensure that the measured part is clamped securely,preventing measurement errors caused by the measured part shaking during the measurement.Via the grating ruler,the lower computer’s four-axis stepping motor achieves closed-loop precise control.Second,a suitable multi-motor control scheme is chosen based on the motor distribution of the equipment to be installed in order to prevent interference between the motors;for each single motor,the sliding mode control anti-dynamic disturbance function is used to achieve closed-loop operation of the system;and finally,the equipment is considered.To achieve the goal of improving the positioning accuracy of the motor,the static error analysis of the system is carried out,the static error is represented by mathematical modeling,and the closed-loop control method of static error compensation is proposed.Third,due to the particularity of the blade working environment and shape,the characteristics of different blades are analyzed,a new measurement method is proposed based on the traditional contour measurement method,and the contour method and the surface width measurement are combined to form a network improvement Measurement plan;Carry out coordinate transformation on the measured order point cloud,classify the point cloud data,analyze the cause of noise during the measurement process,classify the possible noise,and introduce the removal of various types of noise Commonly used methods to improve the accuracy and quality of point cloud data,to ensure the modeling accuracy during subsequent reverse engineering,and to introduce the effect of noise reduction using a section as an example.Finally,conduct a comprehensive experiment,dividing the experiment into traditional measurement scheme and improved measurement scheme;use VB to develop measurement software on the upper computer to realize the improved measurement scheme described in the article,and use LabVIEW to develop upper computer sampling software to realize the Collection of blade surface data;for the measured axes,use VB to develop measurement software on the upper computer;for the measured axes,use Lab VIEW to develop measurement software on the upper computer;for the measured axes,use Lab VIEW to develop measurement Geomagic Qualify is used for reverse reconstruction and error evaluation in order to shorten the measurement time,and the conclusions measured in the two experiments are compared and analyzed.The new measurement method aims to test the viability of blades with higher torsion and serves as a benchmark for non-contact measurement in the domestic market.
