As the earthquakes and earthquake disasters caused by all over the world, the impact of the people pay more and more attention to the study of structural seismic response. At present, the isolation technology is an effective, safe, economic shock absorption technology, and base isolation technology has developed more mature, and is applied to many practical engineering. Due to the limitations of base isolation technology, such as terrain conditions, the existing buildings are reformed to increase their layers, and so on, people began to look to change the position of isolation layer,gradually explored set the isolation layer in the layer structure in the middle of the interval of seismic technology. As an emerging technology, layer seismic interval hasn’t formed systematic theory, especially the application in increasing layer mixed structure, its seismic response research is relatively less.This thesis introduces the development of the layer structure between the status quo and the damping mechanism of the layer spacing structure model to simplify the analysis, structure dynamic equation is established. Second, according to a four layer reinforced concrete frame structure to increase two layers of steel frame structure of the actual project, using the finite element software MIDAS/GEN directly increases the layer structure model is established, and the gain settings of the isolation bearing layer spacing structure model, the modal response spectrum and seismic response time history analysis, to calculate the interlayer shear structure, interlayer displacement and acceleration amplitude, according to the results of contrast draw some regularity.Results show that compared with the direct layer structure, layer structure between the natural cycle increases somewhat, in each floor under earthquake action of interlaminar shear, interlayer displacement and acceleration amplitude were reduced in different degrees, isolation structure effect is obvious. Under seismic action, the isolation layer to the upper structure damping effect is obvious, but at the same time the earthquake effect of the lower structure also played a part of theweakening effect, can effectively protect the infrastructure, improve overall seismic performance of the hybrid structure. In addition, in the severe earthquake isolation bearings under the action of play to the role of the effect is much better than in the earthquake.
