With the rapid development of national economy and the progress of the national science and technology,the height of buildings are improving,which brought two problems to architects.One is that lateral displacement of the building structure is too large to meet the specification requirements,the other is that the core tube part shear bending moments too large.In order to solve these problems,some scholars have done some research to frame- core tube with reinforcement layer structure and steel frame- core tube + oblique supporting structure,and have get the advantages and disadvantages to these two forms of structure.The seismic performance of these three different structural forms of structure-frame- core tube with reinforcement layer structure,steel frame- core tube + oblique supporting structure and steel frame- core tube + oblique supporting with reinforcement layer structure are comparative studied in this article,to verify that whether the advantages of the first two structural forms performed by the third one.The specific works are as follows.1.According to the model date of the Dr. Xue Yantao’sthesis which has done shaking table test model data, the accurate finite element model is established with ETABS and MIDAS Building and static elastic analysis is done.The finite element model established in this paper have been obtained with high accuracy after comparative analysis by the analyzing results and the experimental results.After verifying the structural model is right I establish three structure which are frame- core tube with reinforcement layer structure,steel frame- core tube +oblique supporting structure and steel frame- core tube + oblique supporting with reinforcement layer structure,and the influence of structural performance are analyzed by the the number of reinforcing layers and the oblique arrangement supported.Analysis results show that The first-order vibration period and vertex displacement showed a gradual decreasing trend with the increasing number of setting reinforcing layer in the structure.The effect is most obvious when set one reinforcing layer,the speed of decreasing tends to low when set multiple reinforcing layers.Steel frame- core tube + oblique supporting with one reinforcement layer structures which are the high-rise building structures can greatly increase the torsional stiffness of the structure, also can make a greater lateral stiffness increase.2.The fifth program(four reinforcing layers are disposed) and the eighth program(one reinforcing layer + thermocline oblique support are disposed) are done elasticity history analysis, nonlinear time history analysis and Push-over analysis sequentially and respectively.Obtained the weak layer position, damage structure of each member, the hinge case, the hinge sequence with the two structure.And the pros and cons of the seismic performance are compared.Analysis results show that the fifth program structure damage lager than the eighth program structure on each member of structure in 8-degree rare earthquake.
