With the upgrading of monitor, A growing number of cathode ray tube CRT(Cathode ray tube) into the scrap processing stage, How to recycle and reuse of the waste CRT glass has greatly attracted peopleā€™s attention. In this paper, fly ash were used as mineral admixtures, the work performance, mechanical properties, alkali-silica reaction(ASR) expansion,lead leaching properties and Ī³-ray shielding properties of barite concrete with ground cathode ray tube funnel glass sand fine aggregate and coarse aggregate(5-10mm) at replacement levels of 0%,25%,50%,75% 100% and 0%,10%,20%,30% were investigated. In order to further study on barite concrete reinforced by ground cathode ray tube glass,the orthogonal experiment was conducted investigate the influence of ground cathode ray tube glass sand fine aggregate and coarse aggregate(5-10mm)态water-to-cement ratio in barite concrete. Finally, the data analysis, With water cement ratio, CRT fine aggregate and CRT coarse aggregate(5-10mm) as the input variables, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, elastic modulus and Ī³-ray shielding properties of barite concrete as the output variables. For the same samples of real network traffic, the best structures of BP and RBF neural networks for prediction are determined by comparing the prediction results of different structures.Here go the conclusions:1. the barite concrete with ground cathode ray tube glass sand fine aggregate of 25% or coarse aggregate(5-10mm) of 10% had good properties.2. The results showed that the importance of compressive strength for barite concrete was C(water-cement ratio) > A(CRT glass fine aggregate) > B(CRT glass aggregate), the importance of elastic modulus was A>B>C, the importance of splitting tensile strength was A>B>C. When the water cement ratio 0.48, CRT glass aggregate content is 10%, the CRT glass fine aggregate content is 25%, ASR expansion value, mechanical properties and anti-radiation performance of barite concrete could meet the requirements.3. The precision of the BP neural network prediction is based on a large number of test data, in this paper experimental data was limited, RBF neural network was better in the prediction of concrete compressive strength. Neural network method had high prediction accuracy, performance prediction and optimization design has wide application prospect in concrete.The CRT glass aggregate can be used as a kind of radiation protection aggregate between ordinary aggregate and barite aggregate, could be used to the construction of medical diagnostic and CT scanner rooms at the appropriate ratios.
