Heat exchanger is a kind of energy-saving equipment, which are commonly used in metallurgy, electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, food, etc used to implement the material heat transfer process between the equipment. In the modern industry, because the plate heat exchanger has high coefficient of heat transfer, cover an area of an area small, phyletic and various, which makes the application field of plate heat exchanger is expanding gradually. Plate heat exchanger are replacing traditional heat exchanger tube heat exchanger, tube plate heat exchanger, etc. This paper mainly studies the herringbone plate heat exchanger plate, due to the plate quickly diverting the flow characteristics and heat transfer characteristics, the plate heat exchanger is a measure of an important indicator, they will directly affect the working ability of the plate heat exchanger, on the structure characteristics of plate area of affect how fast the diversion flow characteristics and heat transfer characteristics of the relevant conclusion is not perfect,but its impact work of plate heat exchanger to optimize the key. This paper study the problem is divided into three parts:Firstly, analysis of the current situation of the development of plate heat exchanger at home and abroad, analysis of the computational fluid dynamics simulation calculation principle, based on heat transfer performance and flow characteristics in plate heat exchanger, determine the diversion area related technical parameter values;Secondly, according to the manufacturer to provide the original design parameters, set up a quick diversion area, in hot plate heat exchanger structure model and computational fluid dynamics analysis model, discusses the entry, exit, boundary conditions and temperature, pressure, speed numerical conditions, computational fluid dynamics simulation work, provide technical support for subsequent chapters optimization work;Once again, use the uniformity test method, rapidly diversion area, for chevron plate heat exchanger in hotspots model parameter optimization work,to get the optimum parameters of the diversion area value is angle of 50, peak interval of 20 mm, the arc radius of 140 mm;By the research results of scholars at home and abroad, plate heat exchanger plate of a variety of flow channel structure, standard chevron plate structure has the best heat transfer and flow characteristics, domestic for plate heat exchanger quick diversion area and heat exchange area to obtain the parameters of all were obtained through reverse way, but based on the rapid diversion area arc radius, Angle and peak herringbone plate spacing parameters optimization, According to the existing relevant information about the herringbone plate heat exchanger, no scholar for chevron plate quickly diversion area and the qualitative analysis in hotspot specific parameters.Finally, the test, this paper is measuring experiment. The experiment mainly measuring plate heat exchanger herringbone board in the quick diversion area numerical geometric parameters, verify and discuss the optimal design results in the previous section. Test to measure the real data, numerical peak spacing of 20.2 mm respectively, and the dip angle is 50.3°, arc radius of 140.3 mm. The results showed that:in conformity with the numerical simulation test, proved the accuracy of the simulation data.
