Plate heat exchanger widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power and otherprojects with high heat transfer coefficient, compact, easy washable, etc.. Therefore, bydesigning human-shaped corrugated plate heat exchanger plate parameters to improve therelevance and value of the overall performance of the heat exchanger is very important.In this paper, the factors of affecting the plate heat exchanger pressure drop, drag and heattransfer coefficient were discussed by heoretical studies, numerical simulation and laboratorystudy, and the results were verified.By researching chevron plate main parameters obtained,increase corrugated angle, heattransfer coefficient and pressure drop increases,normal pitch increases, the heat transfercoefficient and pressure drop decreases,corrugation height increases, unit pressure dropdecreases, the heat transfer coefficient becomes larger. Change Corrugation height and normalpitch the pressure drop and heat transfer coefficient of Change significantly,Corrugatedinclination less impact on pressure drop and heat transfer coefficient.When the comprehensiveperformance best,heat transfer and pressure drop matches the best plate parameters:corrugatedinclination is55°, Ripple spacing is12mm, Corrugated height is3.2mm.Using numerical simulation software Fluent6.3.26and Gambit2.4.6through the cold andhot simulation experiment on4kinds of different parameters of plate heat exchanger to studythe relationship between the main parameters of corrugated board and resistance, pressuredrop performance, the results show that pressure drop changes caused by pressure coefficientchanges,thus cause changes in resistance,then get the curves between friction factor andReynolds.By conducting experimental studies on four parameters herringbone corrugated plate heatexchanger were measured and analysis of heat transfer, drag, drop, get cold in four differentexperimental parameters of the corrugated plate heat exchanger pressure drop with flow ratechanges in laws and fit the experimental data out of the equation of friction factor withReynolds guidelines change. Hot Test in solving graphical method by modifying Wilson andfour different methods, such as Reynolds corrugated plate heat exchanger parameters hot sideheat transfer coefficient, get four plate heat exchanger with the Reynolds number and the number of changes in special Prang guidelines equation. Among them, the2nd herringbonecorrugated plate heat exchanger best performance but also has the greatest pressure loss, the1st herringbone corrugated plate heat exchanger, while having minimal pressure loss, but itseffects than the other three kinds of heat transfer heat exchanger worse, to verify thetheoretical calculation and simulation results correctness and consistency.
