According to the development trend of the world railway train and the EMU, to improve the speed of the future development direction, but as the speed of high speed railway passenger car security problem is becoming more and more attention by all of us. Based on the high-speed railway vehicle internal electrical components and protect the electrical signal transmission, due to road conditions, temperature, weather, and its fatigue effects inevitably under impact load, fatigue vibration mechanical effect, its security problem has became the various countries’ scholars attention hot spot is also our most the solution. Electric cabinet as coach internal electrical components and electrical signal transmission objects such as the carrier of electronic equipment, its structural reliability will directly affect the electrical components and electrical signal transmission of passenger car internal objects such as the reliability of electronic equipment. As a result, a simple static design and experience design can not fully meet the requirements of practical engineering. In the structure design must consider the various dynamic factors, to this kind of dynamic effect of a detailed analysis of vibration signal and sure, find out the source of cabinet put oneself in anther’s position of vibration signal, thus to make objective evaluation on the safety of the cabinet put oneself in anther’s position, and to the electric cabinet structure optimization, the vibration reduction to provide practical basis.Based on the full investigation of the country, both inside and outside the electrical cabinet vibration isolation and damping on the development status, the basic theory of mechanical vibration of the high-speed railway vehicle electrical cabinet is studied,by using the basic principles of damping system, established the mathematical model of the vibration isolation system, analyzes the influence factors of the vibration isolation effect of vibration isolation, the existing problems in the system, according to the comparison of actual conditions and damping parameters, select no resonant vibration isolation system as passive vibration isolation system of high speed railway vehicle electrical cabinet.The electrical cabinet of the static strength analysis with finite element method, validation of the electrical cabinet structure can satisfy the strength requirements; to establish the finite element model of the vibration isolation system by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, carries on the grid division of the electrical cabinet with shell element, spring element was used to simulate vibration isolation system, the vibration isolation the system model of the modal analysis, calculation and analysis of the vibration isolation system of the first 6 order natural frequency, vibration type vibration test; the environment of high-speed railway vehicles as an incentive, the displacement response curve extraction box corner joints, the harmonic response analysis, simulation analysis was verified with vibration isolation and buffer system a role.
