The Discussion Of Texture Size In Hetero Junction Solar Cell

Abstract: N-type mono crystalline silicon wafer were textured by using different anisotropic etching solution. The size of regular pyramid structure and reflectivity of the surface were measured. By PECVD amorphous silicon thin film were deposited on the textured silicon surface and the hetero-junction were complete. The minority carrier lifetime of hetero-junction were measured and compared. The conclusion is that 4-6 μm is the suitable pyramid size for wafer used in hetero-junction solar cell.
