In nowadays, the base of Highway Asphalt Pavement is the elastic theory of layered material which has an important suppose that the interface between the layers of the asphalt pavement must be force transfer and completely elasticity and uniform and isotropic. But the project practice indicates that the layers between asphalt pavement structure layers are not completely continuous. For this reason the layers between the pavement surface course and base course and layers between the base course and soil base course are poor. In this case, if continue to assuming that between the layers of asphalt pavement are fully continuous state, the calculation results of it will not tally with the actual. So in order to be able to more close to the actual stress state of the pavement surface, there is need that studying the dynamic response of the asphalt pavement in the case of the contact states between layers which is not fully continued. The finite analyzing software ABAQUS was used to establish the contact model of asphalt pavement, after determined the size of the model, the parameters of the material, boundary conditions, interface contact and so on, the model was used to analyze the asphalt pavement while considering mechanical response results between the contact model and the continuous mode. The final results data indicate, it was better to use the contact model to analyze the mechanical response of the asphalt pavement, because the result of the contact model could be more closed to the practical result of the pavement state. Then the thesis had a deeper analysis to study the asphalt pavement’s mechanical response under different inter-lamination contact states by changing the value of the friction coefficient from 0.3 to 0.7. The final results data indicate, different inter-lamination contact states have a big effect on the mechanical response of the asphalt pavement, when the inter-lamination contact state was good, the shear stress and the deflection values of the pavement structure would be small, and conversely, these indicators would be big. Finally, the mechanical response of the asphalt pavement was analyzed when the car dived on road which had a certain slope and the car had the level of braking:(1) when the road slope(the level of braking) was certain and the inter-layer contact state changed, analyzing the shear stress and the deflection values of the pavement structure under different inter-layer contact state.(2) When the inter-layer contact state was certain and the road slope(the level of braking) changed, analyzing the shear stress and the deflection values of the pavement structure under different road slope. The final results data indicate, with a certain action of vehicle load, the slope of the road had a relatively small effect on the asphalt pavement, while the level of braking had an obvious effect on the mechanical response of the asphalt pavement.
