Parallel Hybrid Electric Vehicle(PHEV) is composed of engine and electric motor hybrid system to drive the vehicle of a new energy vehicles. In the domestic development of hybrid vehicles, energy management, and motor control is the core of the hybrid vehicle control systems, and how to achieve a fuel economy and emissions performance as the main control objectives and control energy management control motor drive system outputs a corresponding transfer moment, on the development of China-made hybrid vehicles is important.Based on the data transfer between the various parts of the engine, drive motor, batteries and other parts of the mathematical model and the vehicle in ADVISOR established a simulation model of each part; for energy management of hybrid cars made auxiliary motor control, dynamic transfer moments coordinated control and fuzzy control strategy based on engine efficiency. Programming Juche control strategy is from the battery SOC and the engine torque curve best starting two factors:when the SOC is high, only the motor drive, avoiding inefficient engine work area;when the SOC is moderate when, let the engine turn moment as much work as the operating point on the optimum torque curve to obtain higher economy and low emissions; when SOC is low, the engine to provide additional torque drive motor for charging the battery; when the vehicle needs when torque is great, the engine and the electric motor together to provide the driving force. The preparation of the auxiliary motor control strategy, dynamic torque control strategy and coordination based on fuzzy control strategy embedded into ADVIOSR engine efficiency, and the control strategy in this three UDDS, VAIL2 NREL and NREL2 VAIL running conditions, respectively, compare the three control strategy in different conditions of automotive power, economy and emissions. The simulation results showed that: As the motor auxiliary control larger engine space policy coordination and dynamic torque control strategy, working hard to distribute thetorque of the engine within its optimal torque range, resulting in a lower efficiency of the engine, fuel is not full, less emissions. Fuzzy control strategy is based on the optimum torque curve of the engine, this curve is based on the minimum fuel consumption ratio of the engine to which the operating point of the engine torque is substantially in the vicinity of the optimum torque curve, the higher the efficiency of the engine, makes the car has a good economy and emissions.
