Hydraulic hub-motor auxiliary hybrid Heavy truck is a new research direction in the field of hydraulic hybrid.The heavy tuck drives in complex conditions,its vehicle state changes constantly.And it often happens driving wheel slip in the low adhesion bad road and the problem of insufficient power when great slope climbing the traction ability.Therefore it requires the Hub-motor auxiliary hydraulic hybrid system in promoting economy and power performance of the original car at the same time,to be able to meet the demand of various work modes,and be able to keep smooth in different working mode switch between.Thus it meets big challenge in the control of the Hub-motor auxiliary hydraulic hybrid system.To solve the above problems,based on the national natural science fund project and an enterprise cooperation projects,a set of hub-motor auxiliary Hydraulic hybrid system,including the hydraulic pump,accumulator,hydraulic wheel hub motor,the control unit and other components,is matched.In order to meet the actual function requirements of the prototype,the dissertation develops the hub-motor auxiliary hydraulic hybrid heavy vehicle model Multimode Dynamic Coordination Control strategy.Under the premise of meeting certain economy and power performance,the dynamic coordinated control among multimode is taken into consideration to reduce the hydraulic impact phenomenon frequently in hydraulic system,to ensure smooth traffic and reduce the hydraulic impact damage to the system.Firstly,this article completes the parameters design of hub-motor auxiliary hydraulic system o,including the accumulator volume,pressure compensation valve maximum flow and pressure.Secondly,complished the reasonable division of system operating mode,and detailed analysis for each working mode working state;And based on AMESim software structures,heavy car wheel hydraulic hybrid is built,including traditional vehicle transmission system,such as engine,transmission,and wheel fluid mixing system,such as the variable pump,control valve,accumulator hydraulic valve group,etc.Then,dynamic coordinated control strategy model is bulit by the Matlab/Simulink,to meet the power performance and fuel economy of a certain paper.Finally,the control strategy of offline simulation is performed to verify its feasibility and provide beneficial reference for subsequent research.
