Da Xi passenger dedicated line across Lintong contact at the same time, Zheng passenger dedicated line where pro on the downlink contact line three dedicated passenger line is the first case in China, continuous steel box girder is a large passenger dedicated line control project, this paper introduces the existing close pile foundation and pier construction, steel box girder splice site hoisting and coating, self-propelled continuous steel pushing fast through hole construction, there was a large equipment and temporary pier shed protection measures, not have any impact on the safe operation of driving below, across the Zheng Xi High-speed Rail, where pro, downlink tie line, reduce the safety risk, save the cost, shorten the construction period. this paper makes the finite element analysis of all the worst condition in the process of pushing steel box girder, and the most unfavorable condition of pushing assembly platform are analyzed; in the finite element stress analysis on the disadvantage of local pushing steel box girder in the process of pushing process; through the test of pushing construction of steel box girder pushing technology to carry on the optimized analysis and finally draw a conclusion.
