Due to the increasing demand for electromagnetic spectrum resources, the competition for spectrum is more violent. But the spectrum resource is not renewable. In order to make spectrum utilization more rational and conducive to the relevant departments of the spectrum resources management and distribution, so in this paper we discusses the design and implementation of wireless sensor networks based on the electromagnetic spectrum information monitoring network transport protocols in order to be able to have real-time spatial spectral information to understand and control.Firstly, we give the research background, explain the significance of this system, aiming to achieve a real-time monitoring of the system. The system can detect the spectrum information、recognize the spectrum and signal source location. Then after a brief introduction of wireless sensor network, spectrum monitoring and other important concepts, we presents the current research status at home and abroad. And then we discusses the system with three layer two level network structure, namely task management center, the gateway nodes and sensor nodes based on three layer network node, and describes the various network nodes, the network role and purpose, and describes the advantages of the network architecture, network node hardware structure, a brief introduction of the principle of network programming, then the principle of the two level network connection are given. This paper elaborates on TCP/IP protocol suite model, introduced this system in the application of the model, the physical layer link layer uses the already very mature WIFI, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA and other protocols used in the transport layer network layer each protocol TCP/IP protocol centralized and focused on the business needs, the application layer protocol from the practical application, including network management section and specific business agreement. At last, put forward due to the presence of the channel, the network environment, business data volume and other objective reasons, the effect is greatly affected spectrum display, after analyzing all aspects of the impact of the system, we analyze the reasons, calibration mechanisms designed, the flow control mechanism to solve the communications channel to bring the system to display the level of the defect problem and a significant reduction in the unstable network conditions in the network delay.
