Currently,there are the characteristics of high energy consumption and pollution existing in the construction industry. The advantage of demographic dividend gradually becomes the restrictive factors which restrict the development of the current extensive construction. And real estate developers demand more economic benefits, higher quality and short time limit. In addition, the country provides environment protecting and sustainable development. These aspects prove that the construction industry needs the transition. However, the assembled monolithic concrete structure, which is thedevelopment of construction industry in the future, has high degree of industrialization, convenient construction, less environmental pollution and better economic benefit.In prefabricated concrete structure, the connected node is the key problem, which is also the emphasis of research. This thesis is on the basis of precast frame column-column connection mode, which has been studied in China and abroad. Furthermore, this thesis put forward a new type of prefabricated connection as the connection mode of column-column node, namely single tooth column core steel plate hoop connection. In the new type of column-column connected mode, the connected node is set in the center of the column. In addition, the tenon is set on the upside of column, and there is preformed hole on the bottom of column, which has the same size with the tenon. The high performance mixed mortar is poured into the preformed hole in advance, which has the characteristics of micro expansion, early strength. Meanwhile, the external of the joint part is packaged by a layer of steel plate hoop, which is mainly used for precast box column vertical reinforced connection.The maincontent of this thesis is as follows:1. This thesis put forwardforce analysis about a new type ofprefabricated frame column-column connected nodes. The formulas of column shear bearing capacity are obtained from the analysis, meanwhile, the formulas of precast columnlocal/eccentric compression and the calculation formulas of steel plate hoop are also obtained form the analysis.2. The thesis develops the simulation analysis of a prefabricated frame column-column connected type by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS. Comparing the simulation results with the test data, it proves that this modeling method is feasible3.This thesis studies the mechanical properties of new prefabricated frame column-column connected type, which is under the load effect of axial compression, one-way horizontal lateral force and perpendicular composite load, respectively.And then, the analysis results are compared with the simulation data of the same reinforced cast-in-place column.The research results indicate that the developed prefabricated frame column-column connected type has clear force transferring path and good mechanical property, which has some practical application.
