Developing the structures with higher development of industrialization,contributeto the need of development of China’s construction industrialization.Prefabricatedstructural system has become one of the main direction of the future development ofbuilding structures,taking advantages,such as construction speed,specification precastproduction, product quality,reducing on-site wet work, less environmental pollution andso on. Frame column is one of main lateral force resisting members in assembly systems,integrity and strength of the connection node in the fabricated structural system designprocess become crucial. In this paper, with configuration of closely spaced high-strengthspiral stirrups, three new prefabricated connection are used as connection node of theassembly short columns,which improve their shear performance based on the seismicperformance and ultimately change the short column failure modes.A total of six specimens are design, including two short columns with Grouted anddowelled jointed connection mode,two ones with Bolt steel plate hoop connectionmode,two ones with Steel plate hoop welding bolt reinforcement connection mode. Theshearing experiment with two kinds of shear span ratio of1.5and2.0is done. Failurephenomena of each specimen was observed during the test, the test results wereanalyzed, and hysteresis curves, skeleton curves, ductility and stress strain relationshipof high strength spirals are acquired, test results show that short columns which adopthigh strength spiralthe prefabricated connection stirrups have good energy dissipation capacity and ductility. Shear capacity theory formula of confined concrete memberswith high-strength spiral stirrups is put forward based on the modified compressionfield theory. Force conditions of the overall assembly connected by a connection node isanalysised, including steel hoop, reinforcing pulp anchored, bolts and boltreinforcement. A conlution is put forward that With experiment bad phenomenonanalysed and reference to to codes that it becomes bend ductility fracture morphologyfrom general shear brittle failure.
