Hydraulic harmonic reducer is a new type of harmonic drive device. Traditional harmonic reducer usually uses harmonic gear reducer. When using thin wall bearing type wave generator, wave generator with flexspline mechanical contact deformation cause bearing life is short and support ring is weak, flexspline prone to fatigue damage under the action of alternating stress. Aimed at this problem, a non mechanical contact wave generator is designed, which this article studies the hydraulic type harmonic reducer. The speed reducer while maintaining the original harmonic drive a lot of advantage, also has its unique advantages, such as the non-mechanical contact, nozzle is easy to replace, the aperture of adjustable, impact can be adjustable, life is long, structure is simpler and compact, Moment of inertia of small, etc. Due to the great change in the structure of speed reducer, the harmonic drive of the stress of the flexspline has the very big difference. So, it is necessary to study the characteristics of the reducer.In view of the above, this article will make the following several aspects of research:(1) The overall structure design of the hydraulic type harmonic gear reducer is mainly the wave generator structure design, it includes the design of input shaft containing infusion channel, the component design of wave generator with trapezoidal tank sealing device, the design of high pressure jet nozzle, and the internal streamlined structure design of reducer shell.(2) According to the transmission theory of harmonic drive system, research the parameter selection principle of flexspline and steel wheel in the harmonic gear meshing transmission process, and use the CAD drawing software, and combine with Solidworks software to build 3-d modeling of Hydraulic harmonic reducer’s the three major components.(3) Using ANSYS finite element analysis software to simulate flexspline and steel gear by fluid dynamics, this is to study the relations between the radial deformation and fluid power when the flexspline is in the high pressure under the action of fluid flow.(4) Analyze and study the liquid power source of flexspline, which is the static pressure and momentum of the wave generator nozzle exit. Use computational fluid dynamics Star CCM + software to simulate the flow pressure and velocity of input shaft to the wave generator nozzle outlet. Set up the nozzle diameter 1.2 mm, analyze the relationship among Fluid flow pressure and velocity of the nozzle exit, and flexspline by fluid dynamics, the inlet pressure and flow of the input shaft end flow and the input shaft speed.(5) Theoretically analyze and research reduction ratio of hydraulic harmonic reducer, Input shaft rotates can get the output torque range at the highest speed, and the stress of flexspline in the load transmission.
