The pc box girder with corrugated steel web using the folding plate as the web of the bridge,Greatly reduces the weight of the bridge structure itself.and it is a kind of new light-duty bridge form. But its own structural features make itself has some inherent shortcomings. On the basis of experimental beam, ANSYS space finite element model is set up.compared the result of pc box girder with corrugated steel web of experimental beams with the finite element model values;In view of the inherent defectes of box girder with corrugated steel web,structure optimization improved method is proposed.analysis the performance of the box girder torsion and shear distribution characteristics for different web thickness, number of web and web position.finally,get The influence of the corrugated steel web plate torsion for different web thickness, quantity, web location.and the characteristics of stress distribution in web with Multi-web. The main work includes the following several aspects:(1) Through consulting relevant literature to understand construction technology the internal structure and the development of The pc box girder with corrugated steel web.(2) Summary the shortcomings of corrugated steel web inherent; analyse the treatment measures to these disadvantages at the present stage. And then put forward the approaches to improve the method:Multiweb form.(3) The Multi-web form is a special form of box beams girder with intermediate beam,So tidy the torsional calculation formula of box beams girder with intermediate beam.According to the torsional calculation formula of box-girder with corrugated steel webs without intermediate beam, quote the formula to box-girder with corrugated steel webs with intermediate beam by analogy.Examine the torsion performance of box-girder with corrugated steel webs with intermediate beam.The calculation results is that the corrugated steel webs without intermediate beam’s torsional performance is better than box-girder with corrugated steel webs with intermediate beam at the same section size;The outside web’s shear stress is larger than the inside web;Its stress is offshoring as the inside of the web is more and more close to the outside web.(4) Establish pc box girder with corrugated steel web finite element model according to the test beam size, and compare its result with test beam data to optimize the model.And then establish box girder with corrugated steel web finite element model with intermediate, taking the influence of the distortion and the flange plate into consideration,The results obtained by the method of finite element numerical analysis theory and the theoretical calculation is consistent.(5) Establish the Multi-web pc box girder with corrugated steel web’s finite element model.Review the influence torsional performance and web shear stress from the number of web and web side span.The result is that the number of web and torsion performance has no contact;Web side span enlargement can increase the box girder torsion ability;Outside web’s shear stress is slightly larger than the inside web under the action of reverse when the distance between web is very close.But as a whole the web’s shear stress are basically the same.(6) Analysis the The torsional frequency of the finite element model.It turned out that the change of web plate position will affect the box girder torsional frequency size.
