| At present, as our country has a very high rate of building energy consumption, the energy wasting situation is terrible. Therefore, how to reduce the building energy consumption is in an urgent situation. Based on IOT, this paper designs a comprehensive monitoring and management system for building environmental energy consumption to solve the problem of high energy consumption of building, which can not only monitor building energy consumption dynamically, but also provide an energy management program to users.This paper includes the following factors:1. Based on IOT of space frame, three-tier architecture of comprehensive monitoring and management system model for building environmental energy consumption is proposed. Analysis of four key technologies of IOT: radio frequency identification technology, network sensor technology, intelligent technology, and nanotechnology. According to the characteristics of monitoring and management system of building energy consumption, the system adopts EPC global architecture of IOT.2. By utilizing common I/O port and multi-protocols free communication interface technology, we design ZigBee wireless sensor network node of open common interface. It can collect information by measuring tools and sensor devices, and transmit the collected data to management center through intelligent gateway.3. Through real-time Java technology and dual redundancy mode based on OPC interface and multi-protocol free communication interface technology of software management platform, we can exchange information between the comprehensive monitoring and management system for building environmental energy consumption and building automation system.4. This article achieves real-time data comparison between building energy consumption and building control state, comparison of effectiveness of state in different construction environment and different control modes. In order to develop optimal energy-saving control scheme for building environment and energy consumption of state, which can provide basic data support and achieve comprehensive monitoring and management for building energy consumption.The research results of this paper has been applied to renovation project of office building energy consumption monitoring system of Zhibo Construction Company, Henan province. The system has saved quantity of electricity as high as 840000 kWh in one year, reduced electricity costs about 690000 yuan, improved the energy efficiency to 17.6%, and greatly reduced gas emissions produced by coal combustion, which includes dust, exhaust and greenhouse gas. In addition, the system can reduce the cost of construction and up the rate of return on investment to 214%, so it is a high-yielding energy-saving mode. |
