| Hub as a direct relation element to the safety and comfort for high-speed driving,with the increasingly high demand for its quality, the difficulty of the detection is also growing.Aiming at the traditional hub run-out detection equipment systems have the shortcoming of low integration and detection accuracy, This paper presents a new hub run-out detection system based on DSP.The DSP control chip was used to control the servo motor and calculate the hub run-out in the system.The main contents of the research in this paper are as follows:1. The mechanical structure characteristics of the existing hub run-out detection machine was analyzed, a new hub run-out control system based on DSP was proposed.2. The harmonic analysis algorithm theoretical principle for measuring the hub run-out was expounded,the advantages and disadvantages of the harmonic analysis algorithm of the FAST Fourier Transformation, Wavelet Transformation and Hilbert-Huang Transformation(EMD algorithm and Hilbert transform) were analyzed.EMD algorithm used as data preprocessing,and then the signal harmonics was analyzed to calculate the hub run-out.Aiming at the shortage of the EMD and EEMD algorithm,FEEMD algorithm was adopted to realize the data preprocessing.3. The motion control and data analysis system based on DSP was designed.The control circuit board was designed according to the motion control requirements of the detection system.The Matlab and CCS hybrid programming software development tools was used to generate a set of DSP software suit for hub run-out detection system.4. According to the hub run-out machine detection system requirements,a hub run-out detection system experimental platform was build.The hub run-out data was collected analyzed. Experimental results show that the new hub detection system can detect the measured hub quality, the system is feasible.Compared to traditional hub run-out detection system, the new hub run-out detection system can achieve the detection system integration, while improving the detection accuracy,lays the good foundation for further implementation with automate testing. |
