Air data information is important information for reference. Air-pressure, altitude and airspeed are the key parameters, and it is import to measure them in real time, especially for small size UAVs.The UAVs are usually light, slow and weak in wind resistance. The difference between ground velocity and airspeed is big considering the effect of wind speed, so the measurement method, taking ground velocity instead of airspeed for big planes, is not proper for small planes. There is a lack of effective measurement method for real-time air data of small UAVs in China now.This report designs air data measurement system for small UAVs according to above problems. The system can collect original air data information such as static and dynamic air pressure, air temperature and so on, work out air pressure altitude, airspeed after calculating and process, and finally send to flight control system through asynchronous and serial ports in time.This report first introduces functions, compositions and theoretical base of the system, then analyzes and studies the design method of software and hardware, and introduce in detail parts selection, circuit design, algorithm selection & optimization and software realization. Finally the system was installed on UAS platform and tested. After flight testing and calibrating several times, this report processes and analyzes obtained air data information from flight. The result shows real-time measurement of air pressure altitude and airspeed is normal, and real time and accuracy of measurement meet requirements of the project. It runs stably and reliably.
